The Story Behind The Book
This book began many years ago when my oldest children were 1 and 2 years old. We started to “play” school, like I used to when I was a child, only with more purpose. This “play” school was created in such a way that it can be flexible and adaptable to many different circumstances, such as differing ages, objectives, and group sizes. With my own children, I used this program as a way to spend some fun time with them, give some structure to our day, and introduce and reinforce the letters and their sounds.
After years of watching me do this with our kids, my husband finally convinced me that this was something I should be sharing with others. And so, finally, If It Isn’t Fun, It Isn’t Learning was born! If you like what you see here on the website, you’ll love going through our book!
